Portrait Photo Shoot – Cosplay (Maid)

Is Sunday morning and the sky was look good. So we have to switch shooting location to Youth Park.

Some members not sure the way to Youth Park so I met them in Greenlane’s Caltex before we heading down to Youth Park.

And is time for group photo again.

After this photo shoot, I heading down to Gurney Plaza for the Blissful Bridal Fashion Show. They hiring Amber Chia for the catwalk together with Danielle Khor and Roxanne Khor.

Later, we walk over to G Hotel for Ideal Wedding Bridal Fashion Show. Hui Ming and Joelle was doing the catwalk there.

Met Samatha Scully and Rachel, they just finish shopping and they having lunch together. I have some chit chat with them.

It was a tiring day and by time I reach home it is already 6.30pm.

Uptown Girls

I would like to thanks to my friend, Matthew for inviting me to this photo shoot outing. We all meet up in front of Click N Snap at 8.30am before heading to New Lane for breakfast.

We have some chit chat during our breakfast before heading to Upper Penang Road to meet up with the rest and also the models.

Thanks to Ai Lin, Wendy and Nicole for posing for us. Also like to thanks to a Malay model, sorry I forgotten your name.

After the photo shoot, we all decided to go over to Gurney Plaza’s Chilis for a drink but when we arrive, it was full. So we end up having drinks at Nando’s.

Cheong Sam Theme Photo Shoot

Heading down to Rumah Peranakan for the cheong sam theme photo shoot. Soo Han is helping out on the make up. Would like to thank to Soo Han (make up artist) and Cynde (model) for the great job.

We have our photo shoot session for over 3 hours and still we miss out a few place during the photo shoot because we got not enough time.

Portrait Workshop – 2010.01.31

This is the last portraiture workshop for January 2010. Cheyney is the model of the day.

Our photo shoot location was held area behind Silverstone Condo, Gurney. And I would like to thank to all the participants.

Portrait Workshop – 2010.01.24

Again after a busy night, I need to wake up early this morning. Very tired but it was a task for me to be completed.

Today workshop is held in Chew Jetty. It was a challenging weather in the early morning. Not enough light to use reflector because of the cloudy morning. By time, the sun is coming out from the cloud it make us all sweat. The participants learn today on how to shoot with back-light, how to use flash to fill in the light on model face, how to decide on the exposure and how to make use of reflector.

Glad to meet a participant flying back from Dubai to attending this workshop. Hope to see you soon again!

Portrait Workshop – 2010.01.17

Have to wake up early morning and preparing for my workshop. Today, the workshop will be held in Beach Street and the theme is Office Lady style.

As usual, I providing all the participants with some tips for the portrait photo shoot. We covering basic stuffs such as shutter speed, aperture, lighting and angles. Also explain the advantages on shooting in RAW and resize photos to 72 pixels resolution before upload to Facebook or any internet websites.

Some participants also enquiry on landscape, night landscape and HDR. I’m happy to share with them my experience.

Portrait Workshop – 2010.01.10

This morning, we have 14 photographers joining my first ever portrait workshop held in Upper Penang Road. I would like to thanks to two cutie models from my modelling team, Felina and Hui Ming. Also would like to thanks to Wilson and all the participants. I truly hope you guys have a great time this morning.

After the workshop is ended, most of us heading down to Mizi Bistro in New World Park for our lunch.

I only sleep about 3 hours last night before the workshop and Wilson only having 2 hours sleep. I have a great afternoon nap.

The weather was very good today but our photo shoot with Danielle still going on, just a bit late. We switching location to an abandon house with some shade so at least we won’t get wet.

It is a nice photo shoot outing with a group of friendly photographers. Everyone is enjoying, sharing and cooperative throughout the whole photo shoot session.

Photo shoot on my birthday

It was a beautiful sunny Sunday which I am doing another photo shoot for my god-sister, Melinda. She went to bought a dress purposely for the photo shoot today.

I invited another god-sister of mine, Jamie and also invited Sam which he bring along his handsome son, Kenji. We all meet at HSBC Bank in Beach Street.

Jamie is doing her job as art director of the shoot. Is nice once a while I don’t need to do all that.

One god-sis to shoot the other god-sis. *Bang* *Bang*

After the photo shoot, Melinda treat me for a ‘Ma Lat’ Steamboat in Rangoon Road. Having a nice lunch with her and her mom. Thanks sis!
